Job Description

We are looking for an EUC Manager with 10 years to 15 years of IT. expertise with 3 years to 5 years in a managerial role.

Requirements:

Strong technical expertise in at least two areas: AD/Azure AD, Exchange, Endpoint (Intune/SCCM), AVD/VDI.
Hands-on ability to troubleshoot at L3 level when required.
Proven experience managing SLAs, metrics, and customer relationships in a managed services environment.
Good understanding of ITIL processes and compliance requirements.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (MS-100/101, MD-102, Enterprise Admin Expert) or ITIL.
Experience with PowerShell automation and cloud integrations (Azure/O365).
Exposure to governance, compliance frameworks, and offshore/onshore delivery models.
