Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Data Security professional

with deep expertise in

Microsoft Cloud Security

to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade security solutions. The role requires strong hands-on experience and the ability to work

independently

, owning end-to-end security implementations.

Design, implement, and manage
Microsoft Data Security
solutions across cloud and hybrid environments
Implement and manage
Microsoft Defender
suite:
Microsoft Defender for Cloud
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
Microsoft Defender for Identity
Microsoft Defender for Office 365
Configure and manage
Microsoft Entra ID
(Azure AD):
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Conditional Access
MFA implementation
Implement
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
and role-based access controls
Design and enforce
Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
policies using
Microsoft Purview
Secure email environments using
Microsoft Email Security
solutions
Manage
Mobile Device Management (MDM)
and endpoint security using
Microsoft Intune
Implement and maintain
MFA
, device compliance, and security baselines
Monitor security posture, investigate incidents, and drive remediation activities
Work closely with stakeholders to align security controls with business requirements
Create security documentation, policies, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in
Information Security / Cybersecurity
Minimum
3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Cloud Security
Strong expertise in:
Microsoft Defender suite
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Microsoft Purview (DLP)
Microsoft Intune (MDM)
PAM, MFA, Conditional Access
Experience securing
Cloud (Azure)
and hybrid environments
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Good to Have

Microsoft Security certifications (SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, AZ-500)
Experience with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR)
Experience in enterprise or consulting environment
