About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, developing, and deploying new and existing technology that maintain and support the organisation's EUC environments. Additionally, you will act as the technical escalation point and be involved where time permits on project work. Duties include providing 2nd and 3rd line support; contributing to discussions on current issues and the future strategic direction for enterprise EUC services; and continuously seeking to improve and develop the firm's EUC service and security management, patch management and configuration processes.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to discussions on current issues and the future strategic direction for enterprise EUC services
• Continuously seeking to improve and develop the firm's EUC service and security management, patch management and configuration processes

• Ideally, a minimum of 5 years' experience working as an EUC Engineer or in a similar capacity
• Windows 10/11 experience
• Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell
• Good understanding of AWS workspace and Azure AVD will help
• Practical experience of managing the full range of end user devices
• Problem solver and a 'can do' attitude

• Practical experience supporting collaboration tools like Zoom and MS Teams
