We are seeking a highly skilled End User Computing (EUC) Architect with expertise in Microsoft Intune and Windows OS to design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure EUC solutions. This role will focus on modern device management, enterprise mobility, security compliance, and the overall end-user experience using Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities:Design and architect end-to-end EUC solutions leveraging Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) and Windows 10/11.
Lead the implementation of Modern Device Management (MDM/MAM) strategies, including Autopilot, Co-management, Conditional Access, and Application Management.
Define and enforce security baselines and compliance policies for all managed devices.
Develop, maintain, and optimize Group Policies, PowerShell scripts, and configuration profiles.
Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to align EUC solutions with enterprise architecture and compliance requirements.
Drive Windows OS lifecycle management including patching, upgrades, and configuration management.
Perform technical assessments, develop roadmaps, and provide architecture documentation.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies where appropriate.
Provide tier-3 level support and mentorship to the EUC engineering team.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in an EUC architect or senior engineering role.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, including MDM/MAM, Autopilot, and compliance policies.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Endpoint Analytics.
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and configuration.
Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture, Conditional Access, and Defender for Endpoint.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Microsoft Certifications: MS-102, MD-102, SC-300, or similar.
Experience with VMware Workspace ONE, Citrix, or other EUC platforms.
Background in enterprise-scale migrations or greenfield MDM deployments.
Familiarity with macOS or iOS/Android device management is a plus.
