Key Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Full recruitment lifecycle management—including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
  • Proven experience in

    UK recruitment

    , specifically for IT roles (permanent & contract).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Creative sourcing through internet searches, cold calling, networking, and other innovative methods.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver quality resumes with quick turnaround.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end technical recruitment process for UK-based positions.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Engage in high-volume sourcing and candidate outreach using varied channels (job portals, Internet, referrals, etc.)
