Estimator (Interior)

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team, responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates for interior and civil construction projects. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Estimating: Prepare detailed estimates for interior and civil construction projects, including material takeoff, labor costs, and equipment expenses.

2. Bid Preparation: Develop and submit bids, proposals, and tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.

3. Cost Analysis: Analyze project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and optimization.

4. Collaboration: Work with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure estimate accuracy and completeness.

5. Reporting: Provide detailed reports and analyses of project costs, including estimates, actuals, and variances.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in estimating for interior and/or civil construction projects.

2. Software: Proficiency in estimating software, such as:

1. PlanSwift

2. Bluebeam

3. Excel

4. Autodesk

3. Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.

4. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in estimates and bids.

5. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Industry Experience: Experience in specific industries, such as commercial, residential, or infrastructure.

2. Software Development: Ability to develop and maintain estimating software tools and templates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
