Job Title: 2D Designer (Freelance) - Interiors

Project Overview:

We're seeking a skilled 2D Designer with expertise in interior design to create detailed and visually appealing designs for residential and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities:

- Create 2D designs, floor plans, and elevations for interior spaces

- Develop design concepts, layouts, and visualizations

- Work with clients to understand requirements and deliver custom designs

- Ensure designs meet building codes, regulations, and safety standards

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors

- Manage project timelines and meet deadlines

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in interior design or related field

- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)

- Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and materials

- Excellent communication and client management skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Portfolio showcasing interior design work

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with 3D modeling software (Revit, 3ds Max,enscape,coohoom)

- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices
