Job Responsibilities:

To prepare accurate, competitive, and compliant techno-commercial proposals for EPC turnkey projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, company profitability, and risk mitigation. The role integrates technical understanding, cost estimation, vendor coordination, and contractual compliance to win profitable orders .
Review client RFQs, RFPs, tender documents, specifications & scope of supply - Prepare detailed costing sheets, BOQs, and estimation for equipment, systems, and turnkey Coordinate with engineering, procurement & vendor teams for technical inputs & pricing - Develop techno-commercial proposals with optimal pricing strategies ensuring competitiveness & profitability -
Interpret contractual clauses (Incoterms, LDs, payment terms, warranty, delivery obligations) and highlight risks - Ensure compliance with bid submission requirements, formats, and timelines -
Engage with clients, consultants, and EPC contractors for technical clarifications & bid discussions -
Support sales team during client negotiations by providing technical & costing justifications -
Track and update cost databases, vendor price lists, and market intelligence for accurate estimations - Conduct competitor benchmarking and pricing analysis for strategic
Prepare and maintain proposal documentation, trackers, and MIS for management reviews - Ensure smooth handover of order (post-win) to execution team with all techno-commercial detail .
