• Responsible for preparing accurate quotations, material calculations, and cost breakdowns for projects
• Ensure every quotation is error-free and aligned with technical and commercial requirements
• Cross-check client requirements with available technical solutions to ensure compatibility.
• Interpret project drawings/specifications to prepare precise cost estimations.
• Prepare detailed quotations with correct pricing, quantities, and technical details.
• Maintain and update costing sheets for different flooring products and systems.
• Assist in technical documentation for tenders and client proposals.
• Verify client requirements against available technical solutions.
• Maintain proper filing of all estimation-related data for future reference.

Qualification

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate
• Btech in civil or any other branch & MBA will be an added advantage but not mandatory

Experience

• 1- 3 years of experience
• Experience in Industrial Flooring, Pre-Engineered Buildings, Storage/Racking Systems, MHE, Roofing & constructions is preferred but not mandatory
• Should have handled large value orders.

Qualities & Skills

• Ability to make Quotations and good in mathematical calculations, system works such as Microsoft office suite & CRM, Email Drafting, STAAD PRO and AutoCAD will be added advantage
• Intelligent communicator & trouble shooter
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to make quotations & knowledge of mathematical calculations
• Proficient in English, Hindi & Telugu
• Hardworking with fighting spirit and a team player;
• Passion to work, attitude to learn new techniques and adapt to new systems
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities & Logical thinking
