The Long Headed Architects is a fast-growing company in the AEC sector, focusing on Commercial and Residential Interiors.

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team and oversee the execution and management of construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, structural work, and project coordination.

Please note that we are only looking for someone who is skilled and has at least 3 years of experience as a 'Civil Engineer' knowing how to make BOQ's and has an adequate understanding of drawings. Kindly don't apply who has already applied in previous job post. Please don't apply if you are a Site Engineer/ Civil Site Engineer/ Site Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise site activities
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control
• Prepare project reports, BOQs, adequate understanding of structural drawings and maintain documentation
• Monitor project progress and provide timely updates

Requirements:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in civil/construction projects
• Strong knowledge of structural design, site execution & material management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and related software
• Good communication and leadership skills
