Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Telecaller, located in Gandhinagar. As an Insurance Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining the benefits of Toyota insurance products, and assisting customers with their insurance inquiries and claims. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in customer service and telecalling Ability to explain insurance products and assist customers with inquiries Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the insurance industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant work experience
