What You Will Bring:

✅ Knowledge:

• Strong expertise in façade systems: Unitized Systems, Curtain Wall, Semi-Unitized Systems, Cladding, Steel Fabrication, Skylight, Doors, Windows, and Handrails.
• Thorough understanding of project specifications and prequalification documents.
• Comprehensive understanding of labor, material, equipment, and overhead costs.
• In-depth knowledge of the project lifecycle, cost breakdowns, and budgeting.
• Awareness of building codes, façade performance standards, and international pricing norms.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and site installation procedures including equipment, timelines, and their impact on costs.
• Advanced skills in material selection with a deep understanding of lifecycle processes from estimation to handover.

Skills:

• Software Proficiency: Expertise in estimation tools/software like AutoCAD and Excel-based estimation templates.
• Ability to read and interpret complex design, shop, and fabrication drawings.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, mentoring junior team members for consistency and quality.
• Strategic thinker with experience in cost optimization and value engineering without compromising on quality.
• Advanced analytical and negotiation skills to manage vendors, stakeholders, and complex project requirements.
• Ability to prepare and present cost analyses, recommendations, and reports to senior management and clients.
• Expertise in preparing contingency budgets to address unforeseen project challenges.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a Bachelor’s Degree (BE) in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8-9 years of total experience, with at least 4 years in the façade industry.
