🔧 What You’ll Do:
Prepare BOQs, rate analysis & quantity take-offs
Estimate costs for residential, commercial & healthcare projects
Read and analyze architectural & structural drawings
Use ERP software for budgeting & reporting
Evaluate vendor quotes & coordinate with design & site teams
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years in Estimation within the Real Estate sector
Strong skills in ERP, AutoCAD, Excel
Deep understanding of construction methods & cost control
Experience with manpower & material estimation ( Mid-Level Experience )
(2–3 Years Experience) Only B.E Civil Background
