Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Engineer located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The responsibilities of this role include preparing cost estimates for electrical, mechanical, and networking projects, analyzing project requirements, preparing quantity take-offs, and assisting in bid preparation. The Estimation Engineer will liaise with project teams, clients, and vendors to provide detailed and accurate project cost predictions, while adhering to timelines and optimizing resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and bid preparation
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and networking domains
• Expertise in using estimation software and tools
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for coordination with multiple stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
• Relevant qualifications in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines
• 1-3 years of experience in estimation engineering or a related field is preferred
