Estimation Engineer - Construction Projects

Role Description

The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates,

BOQs/BOMs, and supporting tendering and pre-contract activities for civil, structural,

electrical, and composite EPC projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and BOMs based on drawings and specifications
• Analyze tender documents and scope of work
• Perform rate analysis and vendor cost comparisons
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and engineering teams
• Assist in technical and commercial negotiations
• Support value engineering and cost optimization
• Exposure to government, railway, or MES projects will be an added advantage

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors for civil, electrical, mechanical, MS fabrication, and infrastructure materials
• Obtain competitive quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, and warranty conditions

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in estimation for EPC or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural steel, and electrical works
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools
• Strong analytical and coordination skills
