Estimation & Billing Engineer

As an Estimation, Billing, Cost & Tendering Engineer at Amogh Construction Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to ensure accurate project costing and efficient tendering processes. Here's what you will be expected to do: - **Estimation & Costing**: - Prepare precise quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates based on architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. - Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and perform comprehensive rate analysis using CPWD/DSR norms and current market trends. - Collaborate with vendors to validate pricing and material costs. - Analyze technical specifications and project drawings for tender submissions. - **Billing & Cost Management**: - Create and verify Running Account (RA) and final bills for clients and subcontractors. - Validate on-site measurements and maintain project billing reports. - Monitor cost tracking, material reconciliation, and variation statements. - Ensure cost control by comparing actual costs with estimated costs regularly. - **Tendering**: - Assist in preparing tender documentation, including commercial and technical bids. - Participate in pre-bid meetings and aid in contract reviews. - Coordinate with procurement and planning teams for bid inputs and delivery schedules. - **Technical Drawing & Visualization (Advantage)**: - Possess a good understanding of construction drawings and technical detailing. - Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D drafting is required. - Knowledge of 3D rendering or visualization using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc., will be beneficial. **Requirements**: - Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma with relevant experience may be considered) - Experience: Minimum 3 years in estimation, billing, and tendering within the construction industry **Technical Skills**: - Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, with experience in 3D rendering being advantageous - Strong MS Excel skills, including BOQ preparation and rate analysis - Familiarity with CPWD norms, DSR, and local market rates - Previous exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) **Additional Skills**: - Ability to interpret complex architectural/structural drawings - Strong documentation, coordination, and communication abilities This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including internet reimbursement and Provident Fund.
