Estimation & Billing Engineer

Role Overview: As an Estimation & Billing Engineer at Della by Jimmy Mistry, you will be responsible for working on Estimation & Quantity of Commercial & High-End Luxury Residential / Townships Projects. Your key role will involve estimation of large prestigious high-end interior fit-out projects, preparation of bills of quantities, adjudication of contractors" claims, estimating and cost control, preparation of contract documents, and interpreting and checking drawings, tender documents, quantities, and estimates. You will also be responsible for verifying sub-contractors" claims, maintaining the supplier/subcontractor database, reviewing technical and commercial specifications, preparing material takeoffs, and coordinating with the Production department. Key Responsibilities: - Estimation of large prestigious high-end interior fit-out projects - Preparation of bills of quantities - Adjudication of contractors" claims (measurement) - Estimating and cost control - Preparation of contract documents - Interpreting and checking drawings, tender documents, quantities, and estimates - Verifying sub-contractors" claims and verification of Quantity Surveyors" calculations progress of work at site and material on-site/off-site - Maintaining supplier/subcontractor database - Reviews and comments on technical and commercial specifications - Prepares material takeoffs to allow Purchasing Dept to obtain market pricing - Coordinates with Production department - Manages and reviews the performance of Estimating team - Helps establish and periodically review the Estimating Policies and Procedures of the Company - Manages the retention of important bid documents/technical specifications according to the Policies and Procedures of the Company as established by the Controller Qualification Required: - B.Tech/B.E. in Civil/Mechanical - Minimum 3-8 years of work experience in a relevant field Company Details: Della by Jimmy Mistry is one of India's largest upcoming high-end luxury interior product supply companies for Homes, Offices, and Hotels.
