We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of our estate in Goa, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management, with a proven track record of maintaining properties and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the estate, ensuring the property is well-maintained and secure.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting related to the estate operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance, security, and service providers to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement policies for property management and maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections of the estate to identify areas for improvement and maintenance needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and property management standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in estate management or property management, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of property maintenance, budgeting, and financial management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents and service providers.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
