Location: Jaipur Experience: 6-10 Years in Estate/Property Management Job Overview: The Estate Manager will oversee the overall management, maintenance, and operations of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. The role ensures properties are well-maintained, compliant, and efficiently run, enhancing their value and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day property operations, maintenance, and facility services. Supervise facility staff, vendors, and contractors for maintenance, housekeeping, and security. Ensure legal, safety, and statutory compliance (fire safety, municipal regulations, etc.). Oversee budgets, track expenses, and prepare operational reports. Maintain records of maintenance, AMC, and vendor contracts. Handle tenant relations, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules. Manage utilities (HVAC, electricity, water, DG sets, elevators). Conduct property inspections and support leasing and occupancy readiness. Key Skills and Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or related field. Strong leadership and team management Knowledge of property laws and compliance standards Vendor negotiation and contract management Emergency handling and multitasking ability Proficiency in MS Office; property management software preferred
