Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC+) to lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving business outcomes through scalable and secure Salesforce implementations. Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Salesforce FSC+ solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs. Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs. Customize and configure FSC+ data models including Financial Accounts, Assets & Liabilities, Goals, and Rollups. Implement best practices in Salesforce development, CI/CD (using tools like Git, Copado, Jenkins), and test automation. Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators. Review and optimize performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce solutions. Participate in code reviews, solution architecture discussions, and technical grooming sessions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Required Skills and Qualifications: 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 2+ years in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) . Hands-on experience with Salesforce FSC+ , including Wealth Management, Banking, and Insurance data models. Strong expertise in Apex , LWC , SOQL/SOSL , Salesforce Flows , and Process Builder . Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs . Proficient in source control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Bitbucket/Jenkins), and test frameworks (MSTest, Apex Tests). Familiarity with Shield Platform Encryption , Event Monitoring , and Data Archival for FSC. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect (a plus) Prior experience in wealth management, retail/commercial banking, or insurance domains. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
