Job Description

Domain Knowledge: Telecom-Networking / Semiconductor / Consumer Electronics, High volume manufacturing etc.
Strong experience in Plastics, Sheet metal, Electro-mechanical package product design and good understanding of manufacturing processes.
New Product Design/Introduction process of Electronics/Networking products
Understanding on electronic components, IP/NEMA ratings, cooling system & EMI shielding design will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of Design standards and telecom & networking, Radio equipment design, Consumer electronics will be an added advantage
Hands on experience in Sheet metal and weldment design
Experience in GD&T, Tolerance stack-up Analysis, DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) and creative thinking in product design
Experience in CAD tool CREO, Solid works is a must and any thermal/fluid flow analysis will be added advantage. PDM tools (Windchill, Agile, ePDM)
Experience in participating cross functional teams for project reviews and updates.
