Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and driven ERPNext Marketing Executive to spearhead marketing strategies for our ERPNext solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B software marketing, a passion for tech-driven business solutions, and the ability to connect client needs with ERPNext capabilities. You will work closely with the sales, technical, and product teams to generate leads, build brand awareness, and grow our ERPNext client base. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns specifically for ERPNext products and services. Generate and nurture leads through email campaigns, social media, SEO, content marketing, and paid ads. Create compelling content — blogs, case studies, videos, and whitepapers — tailored to ERPNext audiences. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the technical team to understand and translate ERPNext features into customer-focused messaging. Organize webinars, demos, and online events to showcase ERPNext capabilities. Work with CRM tools to track leads, campaign performance, and conversion metrics. Assist in improving the ERPNext product’s visibility across digital platforms and relevant marketplaces. Engage with potential clients, partners, and influencers to build a strong community around the ERPNext brand. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in software or B2B marketing (ERP experience is a bonus). Familiarity with ERPNext and its core modules is highly desirable. Strong communication, copywriting, and presentation skills. Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.). Ability to understand technical products and simplify them for non-technical audiences. Self-motivated, analytical, and results-driven mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Digital Marketing or ERP systems. Experience in organizing SaaS product webinars or technical demos. Familiarity with tools like Frappe, CRM systems, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
