Job Description

Conduct hands-on testing of ERP systems to ensure functionality, performance, and compliance with business requirements.
Validate end-to-end business processes and confirm system integrity across all modules.
Perform system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and reliability.
Validate data migration accuracy and completeness, review system configuration settings, and test interface and integration points for seamless connectivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and implementation teams to identify test scenarios, prepare test data, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Log, track, and manage defects using the designated ticketing tool, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues and retest fixes.
Support go-live activities by performing final validations and readiness checks, and conduct post-deployment testing to confirm successful implementation and system stability.
