Job Description

As a Customer Success Executive at EDU powered by Techmutant Software Solutions LLP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term retention post implementation. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the main point of contact for assigned clients after onboarding. - Providing product training and support to school staff and administrators. - Troubleshooting basic product issues and coordinating with technical teams for escalations. - Monitoring client usage and ensuring optimal adoption of the ERP modules. - Proactively following up on client concerns and feature requests. - Assisting in configuring modules like School Setup, Fee Management, Attendance, etc. - Maintaining detailed documentation of client interactions and updates. - Building strong client relationships to promote renewals and referrals. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude. - Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. - Logical problem-solving and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, formatting, etc.). - Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new tools, processes, and ERP features. - Bachelor's degree in any field; tech or education background preferred. Additionally, you should be willing to travel to client locations for face-to-face interactions if required post-training phase.
