ERP Support Executive

Role Overview: As the primary point of contact between users and the ERP software provider/developer, your main objective in this role is to ensure the smooth implementation, support, and maintenance of the ERP system used by the interior fit-out company. You will facilitate effective communication and problem resolution to support various departments such as procurement, HR, accounts, projects, and stores. Key Responsibilities: - Provide initial support and troubleshoot ERP issues for users in different departments. - Collaborate with the ERP vendor to diagnose and resolve software and user-related problems. - Coordinate with internal teams and external developers to implement new features or changes. - Ensure timely and accurate data entry by end users across all modules. - Conduct user training sessions, maintain user manuals, documentation, and update logs. - Monitor day-to-day operations through the ERP system to ensure compliance and data integrity. - Generate customized reports and dashboards for management requirements. - Identify workflow improvement opportunities and suggest ERP-based automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Strong understanding of ERP systems, including platforms like Odoo, SAP, Tally ERP, etc. - Previous experience in interior fit-out, construction, or manufacturing environments is advantageous. - Proficiency in MS Excel, report generation, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
