Job Description: ERP Training Specialist Location: Delhi NCR Region (Client Location) Salary: 4.8 Lakh - 6 Lakh per annum (Fixed plus Variable based on experience and performance) Travel Allowance: Provided for each visit additionally Job Overview: Pretture is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated ERP Training Specialist who will primarily be stationed at client locations within the Delhi NCR region. Additionally, might be required to travel to client locations at Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Jaipur etc. on need basis. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in implementing our SaaS ERP- Pretture and training end-users on the different ERP modules. The role requires strong communication and an understanding of ERP systems. Experience in handling ERP training or implementation will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities: Conduct ERP module hands-on training for users at client sites across the Delhi NCR region. Assist in the implementation of ERP systems and ensure smooth transition to new processes. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new ERP modules. Develop training materials and documentation for the client. Prepare reports and status updates for the management team on project progress. Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met. Required Qualifications & Experience: Education: Accounts Background, BCA, BBA or CA (Chartered Accountant) qualifications. Experience: 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in ERP training or ERP implementation. Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities. Ability to communicate complex ERP concepts clearly and effectively. Hands-on experience in ERP training and user support. Familiarity with accounting, finance, and business processes. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel extensively within the Delhi NCR region. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in ERP implementation or training in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or logistics is a plus. Knowledge of specific ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle) is beneficial. Key Attributes: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
