Job Description

In4 velocity software.
Administering the ERP System.
Planning for changes, upgrades and implementing new features in ERP to make it more user-friendly.
Perform business requirements analysis and documentation.
Train users on new process and ERP functionality.
To take backup of Database on timely basis.
Co-coordinating with ERP Users and ERP support team.
Generating MIS Reports for management.
Resolving problems of users related to Purchase, Engineering, Accounts, etc.
Providing data/reports to Management/ user as per requirement.
Template Creation / modification in ERP as per the requirement
Resolving day to day CRM issues, Report creation in Sell.do and Users creation and Training for Sales and
