We empower institutions with cutting-edge ERP solutions that streamline operations and enhance efficiency. ______________ Job Description • Base Location: Pune (Magarpatta City) • Job Location: Pan India (Based on client deployment) We are looking for dynamic, self-driven, and detail-oriented ERP Implementation Engineers to join our growing team. You will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting JUNO Campus ERP at client locations across India. The role also involves comprehensive user training and support, requiring a solid understanding of business processes, strong communication skills, and a readiness to travel. ______________ Key Responsibilities • End-to-end ERP implementation including configuration, customization, and integration of modules. • Understand client requirements and translate business processes into ERP functionality. • Conduct gap analysis, define objectives, and re-engineer processes to align with ERP capabilities. • Deliver on-site and remote training sessions for end users. • Conduct ERP demonstrations and walkthroughs for stakeholders. • Perform various levels of software testing: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, and others as required. • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting. • Maintain regular client communication and project documentation. ______________ Requirements • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation or a similar role. • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of education domain or ERP systems is preferred. • Skills: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach. • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and handle multiple projects. • Travel: Willingness to travel and relocate across India as per project needs. ______________ What We Offer • Opportunity to work with a leading ERP platform in the education sector. • Dynamic and collaborative work environment. • Exposure to end-to-end project lifecycles and diverse client base. • Continuous learning and skill enhancement. ______________ If you're passionate about technology, enjoy client interaction, and are ready for a field-intensive role — we invite you to join our mission of transforming education through innovation.
