ERP Implementation Executive

Key Responsibilities

User Training & Adoption

• Conduct hands-on training sessions for employees across production, inventory, accounts, and procurement departments
• Provide continuous support and hand-holding to ensure users become comfortable with the system
• Create simple user guides and reference materials in Tamil and English

Change Management

• Drive the transition from manual/person-dependent processes to system-driven workflows
• Identify resistance points and work closely with teams to address concerns
• Build confidence among users to rely on ERP data for decision-making

Process Documentation

• Map existing business processes and align them with ERP modules
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all ERP transactions
• Ensure data accuracy and discipline in day-to-day entries

Coordination & Support

• Act as the single point of contact between end-users and the ERP vendor/consultant
• Log issues, follow up on resolutions, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Monitor system usage and generate reports on adoption progress

Requirements

Essential:

• 2-5 years of experience working with any ERP systems like SAP, Tally, Oracle, Odoo, or similar
• Fluent communication in Tamil and English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills with patience to train non-technical users
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or inventory operations
• Willingness to spend time on the shop floor and interact with workers at all levels

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, or related industries
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP modules
• Knowledge of basic accounting and inventory management principles
• Prior experience in user training or change management roles

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
