Job Summary

ERPdaddy is looking for an ERP Implementation Consultant / ERP Coordinator who can handle ERP implementation projects, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure successful delivery of ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end ERP implementation and coordination
• Understand client business processes and map them to ERP solutions
• Configure ERP modules as per requirements
• Coordinate between clients, functional consultants, and technical teams
• Prepare functional documents (BRD, FSD, workflows, user manuals)
• Support data migration, testing, and UAT
• Provide user training and post-go-live support
• Manage issues, change requests, and enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Accounting, or related field
• 2–6 years of experience in ERP implementation or ERP coordination
• Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo / SAP / Oracle / Dynamics / NetSuite
• Good understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing)
• Strong communication and client-handling skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in an ERP consulting company
• ERP certification (Odoo / SAP / Oracle / Dynamics)
• Knowledge of integrations, reports, or basic SQL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
