ERP Functional Consultant / Implementation Consultant

We help organizations streamline processes, improve decision-making, and achieve operational excellence through our powerful, user-friendly ERP system.

ERP Functional Consultant / Implementation Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client business processes, gather requirements, and map them to ERP functionalities.
Configure and implement ERP modules (such as Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, etc.).
Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with the technical team for customization and system enhancements.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth go-live.
Prepare implementation documents, reports, and manuals.
Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Skills Required:

Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, etc.)
Hands-on experience in ERP implementation or functional consulting
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of SQL and basic ERP workflow understanding
Ability to train end-users and handle client queries efficiently

Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent qualification in Finance/Operations is a plus.
