Job Title: ERP Functional & Implementation Specialist

About the Role:
Stackerbee Technologies is seeking a skilled and proactive ERP Functional & Implementation Specialist to join our team at our Delhi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end ERP implementations, gathering client requirements, configuring solutions, training users, and ensuring seamless post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand business processes and objectives.
Customize and configure ERP systems to meet client needs, primarily using ERPNext or similar platforms.
Manage full lifecycle ERP implementations from planning and execution to go-live and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business users.
Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal system usage.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues in a timely manner.
Create detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and user manual.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in ERP functional implementation.
Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Finance, or Manufacturing.
Experience with ERPNext or other open-source ERP systems is highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
