ERP Functional Consultant

The job covers five key areas: Pre-sales Support: - Support ERP pre-sales activities - Attend customer meetings to understand requirements and expectations from ERP - Conduct online demos of ERP, occasionally on premises, accompanied by marketing staff - Set up ERP trial systems and input data - Establish strong personal relationships with customer resources ERP Implementation: - Develop ERP implementation plans and schedules for customers - Provide data files and instructions to customers - Ensure receipt of populated data files from customers before deadlines - Thoroughly review, clean, and upload data to ERP - Test uploaded data for accuracy - Configure ERP user access controls - Configure PDF Templates (HTML) ERP Training: - Develop ERP training plans and schedules for customer resources - Create, edit, and enhance ERP training materials - Deliver online or on-site training to customer resources - Provide comprehensive training to new recruits as needed ERP Support: - Offer post-sales support to customers - Manage and resolve assigned service calls Knowledge and Support Material Building: - Document all new solutions in the solutions database - Monitor and address FAQ queries from customers - Update FAQ content Note: Comprehensive training will be provided, and task assignments will be based on individual capabilities.
