ERP Functional Consultant

As an E-Commerce Sales Specialist at Clinikally, your primary focus will be on recovering abandoned carts and improving conversion rates. You will analyze cart abandonment data, implement strategies to re-engage potential customers, and drive sales through targeted outreach. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the Business Central ecosystem, ensuring a full handover from the outsourced implementation team. - Serve as the primary functional expert and go-to contact for all Business Central-related requirements. - Analyze, document, and optimize business processes with a strong focus on e-commerce, OMS, WMS, P2P, R2R, O2C, and finance operations. - Convert business requirements into clear functional specifications and collaborate with developers for customizations. - Lead and mentor an internal team of Business Central developers for continuous improvement. - Manage integrations with custom-built websites/apps, courier partners, banking systems, and other third-party platforms using APIs. - Ensure smooth operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Business Central environment. - Provide training, support, and guidance to internal users to enhance adoption and system utilization. - Stay updated with the latest Business Central features, updates, and best practices for ongoing optimization. **Key Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Central / Dynamics NAV Functional Consultant. - Strong understanding of e-commerce business processes and operational workflows. - Practical experience across OMS, WMS, P2P, R2R, O2C, and finance modules in Business Central. - Prior experience in handling handover and knowledge transfer from outsourced teams. - Good working knowledge of the AL programming language and Business Central development environment. - Strong understanding of API-based integrations with external systems. - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing or mentoring technical teams. - Ability to operate independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment. As an additional detail, Clinikally prefers candidates with experience in e-commerce or retail industry environments, project management experience or relevant certification, understanding of Indian statutory and compliance requirements related to finance and operations, familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform, and strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.,
