ERP & CRM IT Manager

Role & responsibilities You will be the central tech enabler for our ERP + CRM platforms, supporting our operations across 3 factories and HO. This is a critical role reporting directly to senior management. ERP Responsibilities (Exactly ERP SAP Inspired) : Day-to-day ERP support for Finance, Sales, Purchase, Production, QC modules Handle user creation, data corrections, error debugging, and backup Coordinate with ERP vendor for issue resolution and process enhancements Support monthly closing, costing, stock, and interplant transfer reports Ensure database hygiene and ERPTally sync integrity CRM Responsibilities (Salesforce) : Manage Salesforce CRM users, leads, dashboards, and reporting Support Sales team across India with real-time CRM visibility Train users, handle troubleshooting, coordinate with Salesforce partner Automate follow-ups and build quote pipelines with CRM features IT Infra & Security Oversight : Oversee email (Office 365 / G-Suite), firewall, LAN/WAN, VPN Ensure VM/server backups, uptime, antivirus, printer/PC support Vendor management for IT hardware/software licenses Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a tech-savvy, hands-on ERP & CRM professional with a balanced understanding of Exactly ERP (or similar custom ERPs like SAP B1/Lighthouse) and Salesforce CRM . The ideal candidate must be self-driven, process-oriented, and capable of handling system-level troubleshooting while supporting multi-location operations. Must-Have Experience : 7+ years in IT/ERP/CRM roles, preferably in a manufacturing company Proven hands-on role in Exactly ERP (or similar SAP-like ERP systems) Strong understanding of ERP modules: Sales, Purchase, Finance, Production, QC CRM experience with Salesforce user management, reports, leads, dashboard Capability to resolve user issues independently and coordinate with ERP/CRM vendors Experience in data backup , user management , and server performance monitoring Additional Desirable Skills : Familiarity with Office 365 / G-Suite , firewall security , LAN/WAN Salesforce admin certification is a bonus Excellent Excel reporting and MIS preparation Able to handle multi-location coordination, remote support, and documentation Personality Traits : Problem solver with practical tech sense Strong communicator (can explain to non-tech departments) Reliable, stable, and disciplined Able to manage under pressure and meet monthly IT closing/reporting deadlines
