Job Description

Position : Principal Engineer (E&C) Reporting to: Dy. Manager/ Manager Projects Location : Pune Experience level required: 4-6 years Qualification : Diploma /BE in Mechanical Engineering Remuneration : Commensurate with capabilities and industry standards Role & Responsibilities: esponsible for managing site activities and installations, including electrical and instrumentation work for systems such as:Hot Water Systems, Waste Heat Recovery Systems, Hot Air Generator Systems, Steam Generation Systems, Thermal Oil Systems. Plan and execute erection and commissioning of the above systems. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards during project execution. Oversee site QA/QC procedures, including material receiving, handling, and storage. Lead the team effectively with strong leadership and communication skills. Communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. Experience, Knowledge & Skills: A minimum of Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar. At least 4 years experience in construction and erection works in power plant, west heat recovery system, Boiler erection or other complex industrial type construction projects At least 4 years experience in site or construction management of power plant
