ME Energy has recruited and trained several batches of fresh engineers and technicians who made significant contributions to the organization and made major strides for themselves in their own career path ahead. The current intake is for fresh Engineers who will be placed as trainees First six months will be internship and on successful completion, the next six months will be probation period. An appraisal process will be conducted to assess the learning progress, attitudinal aspects and potential to grow into a valuable resource at the end of the internship period and those who clear the appraisal process will continue to the probation period. They will be placed as Principal Engineer (GET)/ Engineer (DET) upon satisfactory performance during the probation period. Details: First One Month: Theory and Research Sessions 2nd to 6th Month : On the Job Training in respective function 7th to 12th Month: Probation Period CTC/ Take Home Remuneration: GET During Internship: Rs. 3.13 p.a./ Rs. 21,000 p.m During Probation: Rs. 3.61 p.a./ Rs. 25,000 p.m On Placement: Principal Engineer: Rs. 4.33 p.a./ Rs. 31,000 p.m CTC/ Take Home Remuneration: DET During Internship: Rs. 2.60 Lacs p.a./ Rs. 16,000 p.m During Probation: Rs. 2.97 Lacs p.a./ Rs. 19,000 p.m On Placement: Engineer: Rs. 3.49 p.a./ Rs. 24,000 p.m Designation for Placement: GET/ DET: Principal Engineer/ Engineer Place of Work: MEEs City Office/ Factory in Pune; Job sites in India or Abroad Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm Working Days: 5/ 6 days regular depending on function; One buffer day for those who are on 5 days regular working days; One Weekly off; Shift duties for certain functions Last date to apply: 8th May 2025 GET Program starts: 2 June 2025 Internship Ends/ Probation starts: 2nd Dec 2025/3rd Dec 2025 GET program ends: 2nd June 2026 Special Conditions : ME Energy will invest a huge amount of resources in training the selected candidates. Past experience has shown that the trainees will be ready to independently work and produce returns for the company after 2 to 2.5 years employment only. Hence, the company expects each GET/ DET to continue to work with MEE for at least 4 years from the date of joining. An agreement to this effect will have to be signed by the candidate and his/her parents and also place an undated cheque of Rs. 4 Lacs, which M.E Energy will keep as surety. However, this is not an amount to be paid in lieu of the obligation to continue to serve MEE for the given 4 year period. This cheque will be in safe custody, will not be en-cashed and shall be returned on the day of completion of the prescribed 4 years.
