About the Role:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and generate leads through
field visits
, networking, and cold calling.
Conduct regular
client meetings
to understand their financial needs and suggest suitable products.
Promote and sell
financial and capital market products
offered by the company.
Fix appointments, meet prospects, and convert them into active clients.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and provide post-sales support.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain updated records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
Work closely under the
Head of Sales & Marketing
and follow guidance and strategies shared by the team.
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
1+ years of experience
in financial product sales, stock broking, or related fields.
Strong
communication skills
with the ability to explain financial products clearly.
Excellent
negotiation and persuasion skills
.
Ability to build and maintain
strong client relationships
.
Must be comfortable with
field sales
, client visits, and cold calling.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Basic understanding of the capital market will be an added advantage.
