About the Role:

We are looking to hire a Fundamental Equity Research Analyst with practical experience in tracking listed companies, attending company meetings, and generating long-term and medium-term investment ideas. This is a research-oriented role with limited external communication, ideal for someone who prefers working independently in a focused setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough fundamental analysis of listed Indian companies

Identify and recommend long-term investment opportunities

Generate medium-term trading ideas based on market and company triggers

Track quarterly results, industry updates, and business performance

Attend or analyze company meetings, earnings calls, and other investor interactions

Maintain internal notes, watchlists, and research documentation

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in equity research, broking, or investment roles

Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation techniques

Exposure to company meetings, concalls, or management commentary

Familiarity with tools like Screener, TradingView, BSE/NSE portals

Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision

Based in or willing to work from Borivali (West), Mumbai

Language fluency in Gujarati, Marwadi, or Hindi preferred

English proficiency is required for reading, analysis, and internal documentation
