As an Equity Fund Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading strategic equity fundraising for high-profile clients, managing complex transactions across global markets, and driving investor engagement with deep market insight and execution leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Market Intelligence & Advisory** - Monitor global equity markets, regulatory changes, and investor sentiment to inform deal strategy. - Advise clients on valuation, equity story development, and competitive positioning. - **Governance & Compliance** - Ensure all transactions adhere to SEBI, RBI, and international regulatory frameworks. - Supervise preparation of offer documents, disclosures, and board-level communications. - **Investor & Stakeholder Management** - Build and maintain senior-level relationships with institutional investors, sovereign funds, banks, and financial institutions. - Conduct high-impact roadshows and investor presentations to drive demand and pricing efficiency. - Prepare detailed financial models, investor decks, and transaction collaterals for prospective investors and banks. - Drive negotiations with investors and ensure closure of terms in favor of the organization. - **Transaction Oversight** - Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale equity offerings including IPOs, FPOs, QIPs, rights issues, and private placements. - Oversee deal structuring, pricing, syndication, and regulatory compliance. **Qualification Required:** - MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or an equivalent qualification required. In addition, you must have at least 8 years of relevant experience in Equity Raising, with a successful track record of closing equity fund-raising deals. Your skills should include strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction, along with excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. Having a strong network of institutional investors and market participants will be an added advantage.
