Role Description

As an Equity Dealer, you will act as the bridge between clients and the stock exchange — executing trades accurately, providing timely market insights, driving revenue through cross-selling, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role demands strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute client orders on stock trading terminals with precision
• Provide clients with trade confirmations and market updates
• Drive revenue through sales of financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, IPOs)
• Activate inactive clients and onboard new clients
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management norms

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate with mandatory NISM Certification (Equity/Cash Market/Derivatives)
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with NISM welcome)
• Strong sales orientation and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Compensation:

Based on last drawn salary + hike (for experienced candidates)
