We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Share Market Dealer (Equity Dealer) Support to assist clients with equity, derivatives, and commodity trading. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of financial markets, good communication skills, and a strong sense of client servicing. This is a client-facing role that ensures smooth order placement, trade execution, and issue resolution in a timely manner.
1. Assist clients in placing buy/sell orders across equity, F&O, and commodity segments.
2.Monitor client positions and margins; alert clients regarding MTM losses or shortfall in margins.
3.Provide market updates, quotes, and product information as per client requirements.
4.Address trading-related queries on our platforms
5.Liaise with the Risk and Compliance teams on any unusual transactions or client concerns.
6.Ensure prompt and professional resolution of client complaints and escalate when needed.
7.Maintain accurate records of client communications and trades for audit and compliance.
8.Stay updated with market developments, trading regulations, and company policies.
Bachelors degree .
Prior experience as a dealer or in broking support roles is a plus.
Strong analytical, multitasking, and client-handling abilities.
Working knowledge of trading terminals and back-office systems.
