Job Summary:

Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Transactions:

• Process client receipts, payments, and trade settlements accurately.
  
• Verify and record transactions in compliance with SEBI guidelines.
  

• Bank Reconciliation (BRS):

• Prepare and maintain regular BRS.
  
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank and internal records.
  

• Fund Allocation:

• Allocate client and proprietary funds on stock exchange platforms.
  
• Ensure all allocations follow exchange rules and client instructions.
  

• Financial Reporting & Tax:

• Assist in preparing balance sheets, income and cash flow statements.
  
• Support GST/TDS remittances and tax filing.
  

• Compliance & Documentation:

• Stay updated with SEBI/regulatory norms.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and inspections.
  

• Team Coordination:

• Work closely with trading, compliance, and operations teams.
  
• Assist during audits and regulatory reviews.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  
• Strong grasp of accounting principles
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel (v lookup, pivot preferred)
  
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  
• Should be ready to work in shift basis
