Job Description

Job Title: Equity Capital Market & Debt Capital Market ( Associate / Senior Associate /Delivery Lead/Delivery Manager )

Location: Gurgaon (work from office)

Work hours: 10am to 7pm IST

Department: Investment Banking

Experience Level: 2-8 Years

0-2 months' notice candidates preferred due to business need .

Job Purpose

Acuity Knowledge Partners is currently looking for dedicated and self-motivated individuals who have strong organizational and teamwork skills to support the DCM & ECM team of a global investment bank.

Key Responsibilities -Equity Capital Markets

l Supporting our clients on preparing pitch books, company focused discussion documents, studying & analysing various type of precedent equity offeringsl Managing delivery & execution of projects on ECM side, including capital market updates, newsletters, shareholder / ownership analysis, IPO comps / analysis, new equity issuance analysis, Capital structure analysis, Investor analysis and profiles, ECM transaction case studies, , industry research, league tables etcl Should have fair knowledge about capital markets, equity offerings, equity-linked offerings like convertible bond market

Key Responsibilities -Debt Capital Markets

l Prepare pitch books, capital structure analysis, debt profiles, credit memos, sales memos and road show presentationsl Creating various issuer/target related analyses including market analyses, company profiles, credit highlights, balance sheet analyses, credit ratings assessment, and competitive benchmarkingl Working on market updates / newsletters including commentary, trading levels, recent issuances update, major economic events

Required Background

l MBA / CFA/ CA/ Graduatel Relevant experience of 2-8 years in Investment Banking preferably Equity Capital market & Debt Capital Markest team of a bank, boutique firm, KPO, consultancy, or advisory firm.l Ability to work independently and possess the management/leadership skills to run the research on a day-to-day basis and apply his insights to client ideasl Should have fair knowledge about capital markets, equity offerings, equity-linked offerings like convertible bond marketl Strong statistical and analytical skills to assess the economic performance/analysis of companies and industries for clientsl The candidate should have the ability to work independentlyl Excellent written and spoken communication skillsl Working knowledge of databases such as Factset, Dealogic, CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, Thomson Research, Morning starl MS Office skills – should be good in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
