About AdGurilla
AdGurilla is a tech-driven advertising platform transforming how brands connect with audiences through offline and experiential marketing. We’re building a marketplace where brands can **discover, plan, and book** real-world ad opportunities — from billboards, retail spaces, and events to society branding and transit ads — with the same ease as running a digital campaign.
We’ve validated the concept, built our early prototype, and are now looking for a **visionary marketing leader** to drive our next phase of growth.
**Role Overview**
As the **CMO**, you’ll own the **brand, growth, and revenue strategy** of AdGurilla. You’ll lead demand generation, brand positioning, partnership growth, and go-to-market initiatives to scale both sides of the marketplace — **brands and advertising space partners.**
This is an **equity/revenue-sharing leadership role** — ideal for someone who wants to help **build a category-defining startup** from the ground up and share directly in its success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Define and execute **brand marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy** for AdGurilla.
* Lead **B2B client acquisition** (brands, agencies, startups) and build partnerships with offline vendors.
* Build **marketing playbooks** across outdoor, event, and niche marketing verticals.
* Develop **revenue funnels and growth loops** to drive predictable business outcomes.
* Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing with platform growth and client onboarding.
* Manage **digital visibility, PR, and brand storytelling** across social, press, and influencer channels.
* Build and lead the **marketing team**, mentoring talent as the company scales
**Who You Are**
* A strategic marketer with **5–10 years of experience** in growth, brand, or performance marketing.
* Deep understanding of **B2B, offline, or experiential marketing** ecosystems.
* Data-driven and creative — equally comfortable with campaigns, analytics, and storytelling.
* Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
* Prior experience in **startup marketing, adtech, or agency leadership** is a strong plus.
**Compensation**
This role is **equity-based or revenue-sharing**, depending on commitment level and contribution.
