l Equipment Engineer is responsible for Testing Equipments (Standard & Special Purpose, customized Equipment’s).
l Equipment Engineer to work on Mechanical and Electrical Testing of Medical
l Equipment products (CT/MR). Work on testing, troubleshooting during testing, also coach operators on testing and troubleshooting.
l Define Equipment Requirement Specifications (ERS) for Testing equipment.
l Work with Engineering, Manufacturing team, Supplier to finalize on equipment designs. Also interface with sourcing team for procurement of a new equipment.
l Work with supplier on equipment development, manufacturing.
l Own Equipment FMEA, trials, installation at manufacturing floor.
l Own Equipment IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification) & PQ (Performance Qualification) as per Quality Management System (QMS) procedures/norms.
l Bachelor’s degree in electrical/ electrical and Electronics Engg. / Electronics
l Communication Engineering
l Sound knowledge of Electromechanical (PLC integration) equipments and its parts for example Servo motor, Encoder systems, NI Hardware’s ,PCB etc.
l Hands on experience on Equipment’s, Special Purpose Machines troubleshooting.
l Hands on experience on Microsoft office applications
l Good communication skills (Oral/Written)
l Strong bias for documentation & technical reports
l Effective multitasking and ability to deliver on time and with quality.
l Ability to work in a team with good Interpersonal skills.
l Medical Device Industry experience is preferred.
l Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS).
l Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification.
l Product development, cross-functional experience
