Equipment Engineer

As an Equipment Engineer, your role involves designing, developing, testing, installing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation in industries such as manufacturing, construction, and mining. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating design schematics for equipment - Troubleshooting technical issues and debugging Assembly station during breakdowns - Developing maintenance schedules and ensuring adherence to preventive maintenance according to PM schedule and PM procedure - Maintaining MTTR, OEM, FTT Spare list as per industry standards - Verifying and validating Poke yoke systems and line improvements - Maintaining all document checklists including Preventive, Predictive, Contingency plan, Critical equipment list, and others - Understanding and debugging all running machines - Adhering to safety and health rules and regulations as directed by the supervisor - Complying with all procedures within the company security policy To be eligible for this role, you should: - Be willing to travel up to 50% domestically - Work at Harman Pune Plant office In addition to the exciting responsibilities, we offer: - Work in international teams with major worldwide automotive customers - Training on the job and extensive technical training - Opportunities for further career development - A great package of additional benefits including flexible working hours, free parking spaces, and employee discounts on HARMAN products such as JBL, AKG, and HARMAN Kardon.,
