Job Title: Accountant – Textile Industry

Location: Delhi Gate, Surat
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant for our women’s clothing company to manage sales & purchase entries, billing, challan, GST, and TDS. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally Prime and Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Data Entry:
• Maintain accurate sales & purchase entries in Tally Prime.
• Generate and manage billing, invoicing, and challan entries.
• Prepare financial statements and reports as required.
• GST & TDS Compliance:
• Handle GST calculations, return filing, and compliance.
• Manage TDS deductions, payments, and filings.
• Ensure timely tax filing and compliance with regulations.
• Excel & Data Management:
• Use VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables for financial data analysis.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in MS Excel.
• Coordination & Reporting:
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for financial transactions.
• Assist in financial audits and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-5 years in accounting (preferably in the textile/garment industry).
• Software Knowledge: Tally Prime (mandatory) & MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Education: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent in Accounting/Finance.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving.
• Language: Hindi & Gujarati (English is a plus).
