eProcurement Solution Support Coordinator

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding product feedback, enhancement requests, and feature discussions.
• Document and prioritize client requests, submitting clear and actionable points to the development team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requested features.
• Participate in functional testing of new features and enhancements before release.
• Track the progress of submitted requests and maintain transparent communication with clients on updates and timelines.
• Maintain internal records of client interactions, requests, and resolutions.

• Education:

  BCA, B.Sc. IT, BE/B.Tech (IT/CS)

  or similar.
• 1–3 years of experience in client support, product coordination, or related roles (preferred).
• Experience or familiarity with procurement solutions, ERP systems, or enterprise software (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in

  Hindi and English

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic understanding of software development and testing cycles is a plus.
