Role Overview The Senior Manager – Enterprise Sales will lead new business acquisition and strategic account growth for Safal’s S2P/P2P and Vendor Management solutions across large and mid-sized enterprises. This role demands a consultative sales approach, strong understanding of enterprise procurement processes, and proven experience in selling SaaS-based or ERP-integrated business solutions. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting to closure. Identify and target large organizations across Textile, Steel and Pipe, Cement, Chemicals, Hospitality, Oil & Gas, EPC/Infra/Contracting. Engage with CXOs, Procurement Heads, Finance Controllers, and IT leaders to understand business challenges and present tailored solutions. Develop and execute a strategic account plan for achieving revenue targets and expanding footprint. Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and presentations highlighting ROI, process efficiency, and digital transformation value. Collaborate with Product, and Implementation teams to deliver customized proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation. Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools. Represent Safal at industry events, exhibitions, and procurement forums. Ensure strong post-sales relationship management for upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging procurement technologies. Required Skills & Experience MBA / B.E. / B.Tech / Graduate in Business, Engineering, or related field. 5–10 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Solution Sales (preferably SaaS, ERP, or Procurement domains). Proven success in selling enterprise automation or digital procurement solutions to large organizations. Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, and Vendor Lifecycle Management processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at CXO levels. Experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with long sales cycles. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
